A quantum leap in machining

SLEEP WELL

Become independent of operator influences and solve the skilled labor shortage issue intelligently. Produce good parts in the micro- and nanometer range, all the way to the dark factory. Let the machine do the work entirely on its own, with an AI-controlled measurement and correction process that ultimately delivers finished good parts – anytime, day or night - even while you sleep soundly, because you are confident that you will not produce any series rejects, but each part is produced to the same specified quality.
This is made possible by a high-precision machine and a perfectly coordinated software package. The magic feature is called IMIM In-machine Measurement and Intelligent Modification Technology – unique in the world.

MORE PROFIT THROUGH INNOVATION

"Success is always a combination of innovation, knowledge, skill, and the courage to implement it." Together with Jingdiao, it works - we promise.
The system works exactly as you know it. Workpieces are designed in CAD and entered into the CAD/CAM system to create a manufacturing program.

Then the machine is set up, the workpiece is run in, and production begins.

The big difference with IMIM is that you can also program complete measuring cycles, which enable the manufacturing system to operate completely autonomously. You no longer require operator intervention to complete the machining process until the final product is a good part. There's no need for ongoing checks of manufacturing tolerances, trips to the measuring room, corrections based on experience, or possible errors due to incorrect inputs or assessments.

The Jingdiao manufacturing system sends the data in real time to the control system for each measuring process, which in turn creates an adapted machining path and intelligently compensates for the measured deviations from the ideal contour. The tool correction is performed in length, diameter, and profile. In the end, you receive good parts without any operator intervention. With the right strategy and automation, you can expand the system to become an absolute dark factory.
JINGDIAO - a unique manufacturing concept

BEIJING JINGDIAO GROUP is a privately owned, owner-managed manufacturer of high-precision 3- and 5-axis HSC machining centers and graphite machining machines with spindle speeds from 20,000 to 36,000 rpm. Founded in 1994, the company employs 5,000 people, including 1,200 engineers and 800 engaged in research and development. Jingdiao produces 1,200 machines per month and has sold more than 100,000 machines over the past 26 years. As an international company, Jingdiao has offices in China, the USA, Germany/Europe, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Jingdiao places great emphasis on working closely with its customers to find and provide the best HSC machining solution for their manufacturing needs, whether it is for tool/mold, aerospace, medical, energy, automotive, or graphite electrode applications.

Beijing Jingdiao Employee Appreciation

Beijing Jingdiao places great value on its employees. As a symbol of this, a wall and pillar for employees were built in the entrance hall during the construction of the production factory in Langfang. The wall, measuring approximately 10 x 10 m, was covered with self-milled aluminum panels. The entire wall shows the QR code for Jingdiao.

The single plaques contain a QR code with the name of each employee who was involved in the company's founding. On the column, employees who have been with the company for 10 years or more were honored with self-milled QR codes on aluminum plates. A great idea and an incredible expression of the relationship with employees.

So I'm not afraid of Jingdiao

Jingdiao maintains a vertical integration of approximately 95% to ensure the highest quality standards for all components. This also enables Jingdiao to guarantee the shortest delivery times for a large number of machines. 1,200 application engineers have approximately 1,000 machines at their disposal to continuously conduct testing and development for the company, but especially for customers.
